How to get the email file
- Gmail: open the email, then More (⋮) and Download message.
- Outlook on the web and the new Outlook: open the email, then More actions (…) and Download.
- Apple Mail: select the email, then File, Save As, with Raw Message Source.
A forwarded email is a new email and does not carry the original signature. Check the email as you received it.
The signature shows which Maildomo mailbox sent the email and that its subject, text, files and recipients are as sent. The name shown beside an address is not part of it, and it does not show that what the email says is true.
